We are Eagl, a private limited company incorporated under Belgian law, having its registered office at Muishondstraat 2 box 303, 9000 Gent, Belgium (“Eagl”, “we”) and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen or KBO) under enterprise number 1022.611.909.

We use cookies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the ePrivacy legislation and the guidance of the Belgian Data Protection Authority. This means that, except for cookies that are strictly necessary to operate our website, we only place cookies with your prior consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Which categories of cookies do we use?

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for our website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are used, for example, to route traffic, keep the site secure, remember your cookie preferences and enable core functionality such as our forms. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested, we do not require your consent to place them; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (art. 6.1 f) GDPR).

• Provider: PostHog, served through a first-party proxy on our own domain (/relay).
• Purpose: Product and website analytics that measure page views and interactions to help us improve the website.
• Type: First-party cookies and local storage.
• Retention: Persistent, typically up to 12 months.

Snitcher (analytics and business visitor identification)

• Provider: Snitcher B.V.
• Purpose: Identifies organisations visiting our website using IP intelligence and records visit activity such as pages viewed, referral source and time on site. We use this information to understand business interest in Eagl and improve our website and outreach.
• Type: First-party cookie (SNID) and similar browser storage.
• Retention: Persistent, up to 2 years.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and analytics)

• Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
• Purpose: Conversion tracking, website retargeting and analytics for our LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Type: Third-party cookies (for example bcookie, lidc, bscookie, li_gc, UserMatchHistory and AnalyticsSyncHistory).
• Retention: Session up to approximately 12 months, depending on the cookie.

HubSpot (forms and lead attribution)

• Provider: HubSpot, Inc.
• Purpose: When you submit one of our forms (for example to request a demo or download a resource), we use HubSpot to process and attribute your submission. HubSpot may set or read a cookie (hubspotutk) to link a form submission to your visit.
• Type: First-party cookie.
• Retention: Persistent, typically up to 6 months.

Cal.com (demo scheduling)

• Provider: Cal.com, Inc.
• Purpose: Powers the scheduling calendar used to book a demo. It loads only after you submit the demo request form and choose to pick a slot, and is necessary to provide that booking service.
• Type: Third-party cookies and local storage, set by Cal.com within its embedded calendar.
• Retention: Session and persistent, as set by Cal.com.

How can you manage your cookies?

Consent banner. When you first visit our website you can choose which categories of non-essential cookies you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by reopening your cookie preferences from the link in the footer of our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Third parties and international transfers

Some of the providers listed above are established outside the European Economic Area. Where your personal data is transferred to such countries, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), in line with our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

To the extent that cookies process your personal data, you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and the right to object to or withdraw your consent to processing.
